The Thesis
Small and medium businesses carry burdens larger ones don't: costly replacements, tight cash flow, and owners wearing every hat. AI promised to help, but today's tools are either too personal, locked in each employee's account, or too enterprise, needing experts to make them work. So the old problems remain: skills that walk out the door, endless back-office work, and mounting software bills. And as SMEs fall further behind larger companies on AI, that gap will only widen.
Agent Hero gives SMEs a virtual workforce: 24/7 always-working AI executives that learn the company's work, keep clients served when someone is away, and stay when people leave.
How it works
AI that everyone works through, that does the work, and that gets smarter with every task.
Deploy AI executives
Finance, sales, operations, HR. Each AI executive is ready the moment you log in, with that team's documents, connections and context already in place. Nothing to install, no per-person setup.

Invite staff
Bring your team in. Staff and the AI executive work in one shared conversation — discussing, instructing, correcting and deciding in the open — so the context stays with the company, not in someone's private chat.

Finance, sales, people, legal. Each department gets a shared agent that holds its documents, its connections and its way of doing things. Start each one from the library, then let the team shape it just by working with it.

Built for small and medium businesses
For owners and managers who have seen AI work for one person, and want it to work for the whole company.
An agent per function, instead of another hire
A small team covering finance, ops and admin between them gets a shared agent for each — holding the documents, the systems and the way things are done.
